All Prices in US Dollars

All orders will be shipped the following business day after payment has been received unless the item is out of stock.  If a current item is not in stock, JOHAYDEN will order the item, pick it up from the warehouse, and ship within 3-4 business days as long as the item is available at the warehouse.  If you are looking for something specific and do not see it listed on our site, please email denise@johayden.com to see if it is available in our warehouse or if it can be ordered in for you.  Shipping charges will be added to your order and the total amount will be emailed to you.

Shipping to the US

Shipping by Canada Post Small Packet for items under 1 kilo (2.2 pounds.)  Shipping to PO Boxes, Alaska or Hawaii by Canada Post USA Expedited for items over 1 kilo, includes up to $100 insurance.  JOHAYDEN will cover additional insurance when necessary.  Please note that even though this service is called "expedited", I have found that the service moves like a snail!  Shipping to Continental USA by FedEx Ground (street address required) for packages over 1 kilo, includes $100 insurance.  JOHAYDEN will cover additional insurance when necessary.

Shipping to Canada

Shipping by FedEx Ground (street address required), includes up to $100 insurance.  JOHAYDEN will cover additional insurance when necessary. OR Shipping by Canada Post by Expedited Parcel, includes up to $100 insurance.  JOHAYDEN will cover additional insurance when necessary.  Canadian residents responsible for appropriate taxes - no exceptions! 

International Shipping

Shipping by Canada Post.  You can choose between air mail (3 - 10 days) or surface mail (4 weeks - 12 weeks).  Insurance can be purchased on packages going by Parcel Post, not Small Packet. Packages weighing over 2 kilos can have very high shipping costs. Please email denise@johayden.com for a quote for shipping overseas.

Combined Shipping

JOHAYDEN is pleased  to combine shipping for all items where possible.  Cost of shipping multiple items is drastically reduced with combined shipping as long as the package does not go oversized.

All Sales Are Final

I will replace any damaged items when possible, or refund your item purchase price.  If you receive a damaged item, please contact me immediately at denise@johayden.com. You must keep all packaging materials for a claim to be filed.  I will contact FedEx to file the claim, and let you know when they will be there to inspect/pick up the damaged item.  If you can take a digital photo to send, it can speed up the process.  I will replace your item as soon as I have heard from FedEx that they have inspected/picked up the package. 

A refund or replacement when possible, will be offered upon authorized return if a product has been misrepresented.  Please contact me at denise@johayden.com.

Current postage to send your payment from Canada is 50.  Current postage to send your payment from the US is 60.  International postage to Canada varies.  Please check with your local Post Office for the correct amount.
